I want to find out the various features offered by Microsoft Web Apps.
Steps I followed:
- Upload an Excel file to SkyDrive using a Windows live account.
- Click on the Excel filename to view it in the browser (I am using Google Chrome)
- Click the Share menu and select Embed
- Click on Generate to generate the HTML code required to embed it into a website/blog. Along with a live preview, you have the following options at this point:
- Show entire workbook or only selected range.
- Show/hide grid lines
- Show/hide row and column headers
- Include a download link or not
- Allow sorting and filtering
- Allow people to type (will not be saved)
- Specify a cell that will be selected when the worksheet is loaded
- Dimensions (width and height) in pixels
- Below is my Excel workbook embedded.
